Often products, services, processes, systems, and programs are built or changed without understanding what problem is being solved, and the needs of the end user. This can be due to a lack of time and budget or not having a human-centric design culture.

This course is designed to give teams and individuals a comprehensive set of rapid research tools & techniques to enrich their work and understand the value of Human-Centred Design.

End-to-end tips and tricks for the research process, including desktop research, how to blend quantitive research with qualitative research, 1:1 research preparation, running research, interviewing techniques, data synthesis, and analysis, turning insights into strategic recommendations, socialising insights and using AI tools throughout the process.
